That is art, not a bilboard. Though the pasties do make it more lascivious. Having been to Vegas, the whole argument is silly. The city runs on sex. Shame on the New York Arts page for not showing the mural in question to start with and instead showing the most controversial images they could find! Journalism is dead. Leto

It may be on a building but it also is connecting what that building is as well as the city and district i believe they should bring up district to decide what they want to call art not the city as a whole. it is the community that has to see on daily bases not just someone that is passing by, not some one who is not part community.

Fast Reply - Why is the billboard so controversial? Caesar's Palace has several larger than life, nude statues, male and female outside of the hotel and visible from the street. One of the statues even depicts the Rape of the Sabines. http://xahlee.org/Periodic_dosage_dir/las_vegas/caesars.html
