Perhaps this question is one best left for legal types to answer. Given that this site is world wide and, as such, has to play the delicate balancing game of allowing user generated content that may be legal in some places yet borderline illegal in others, it's not an easy question to answer. I doubt that many of us here (though, there may be a few lurking about in the shadows) that have that expertise to give you a good, solid answer.
For instance, is there common consensus among the world's jurisdictions as to what constitutes an escort service? Are they legal in one place yet illegal in another? If they are legal, is advertising them legal in some places and not in others?
This site, like many others of its kind, probably has to play a delicate balancing game with international legalities. Sure, they could be über-conservative and allow nothing that is illegal even in the smallest of neighborhoods but in so doing, there might not be any topic or photo idea left that might be allowed to be published consistent with BDSM themes.
Personally, it doesn't bother me if someone writes about their escort services in their diaries. If I'm interested in such (which would put me on the wrong side of the law where I live) I might be helped by having that info readily available. If I'm not interested, I'll ignore and move on. That's my personal choice.
