I am small too, but don't have any of them. I heard that the CB6000 doesn't work good on small ones (BOO HOO HOO). I wish you luck, and him, plenty of Chastity.

Short of a full custom belt, none I've found are perfect in terms of fit, comfort and security. Of the "CB" series, the CB-6000 is probably about even with the CB-3000 from those of us who have actually worn them long term. 6000 might fit a little better but has been know to split (plastic weld problem). There is a new short version of the 6000 if he's smaller. You can then add the Kept for Her KD insert to improve pull-out security. I've tried 5-7 different ones - this one probably is a good choice to get started. Enjoy.

For guys who are 'small', the best wat to ensure any device is escape proof is to have him get a PA piercing which can then be secured to the device itself.
For that matter, this is really the only way to ensure guys who are 'larger' can't escape, either.
A PA piercing heals rather quickly but care should be taken not to stress the piercing perhaps with a waist belt.
