OK, so why do people only offer to help you AFTER you've hauled in 1,000 pounds of equipment by yourself? Actually, I have to say that one really nice young lady helped me haul in the equipment, the ANOTHER gal offered her help AFTER it was all in. Meanwhile, none of the guys hanging around offered to help in any way, shape or form.

I do have to say that usually all I have to do is walk by with one heavy thing, and they are lined up to help, but not this Saturday night...and to have someone offer to help AFTER the work was done...sheesh! Fortunately, when it was time to pack up, there were some guys from the base standing around waiting for their ride, and it only took about 4 minutes to get everything to the car! Hooray for strong Army boys!
