I am currently the coldest I've ever been in my life, I strongly doubt I've ever gone through more than three days on the run when its less that 0C, no wonder all finnish people are insane. my only option is to start replying to the phillipino dommes that mail me daily and move there I think

Status: offline 		Don't mind me Peon, I used to do the same to my sister. She moved from California to Vermont...and we'd taunt her with the weather report. Bwah-hah-hah-hah! Just one of the benefits of living where I do! Even though it's Arizona, I live at about 4500 feet, so the weather here is about 15 degrees F cooler than Phoenix. So when they are 115F (46C), we are only about 100F (38C). It's a very dry heat, and at night, it cools down to about 70F (21C) so it's quite tolerable in the summer.

I do feel for you though, simply because my hubby is working in Guernsey and it's freezing there too. He HATES cold weather! Hope things warm up a bit for you!

Status: offline 		Guernsey's a lovely little island - I did many family holidays there as a kid.  It's difficult to imagine it as cold, though - it's so far south.  Gawd, your hub must be spoilt for good weather . . . .

Status: offline 		It's a little more complicated negotiation than that, OP. My dance card is full here, but best of luck. If you keep up that approach, you'll need it.

We're having rather typical weather here: -6 C, and feels like -11.  It was down a full ten degrees lower than that yesterday, which was brutal. Not unheard of, but not fun. What I fear are ice storms, which we have not had yet and gods avert it, we won't have it. Those cause quite a lot of damage. Fortunately we are used to snow here.
