I got a brochure about about the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer today. The more I think about it, the more I think I'm going to do it. I was wondering if anyone else was going to participate. There are several events around the country. If anyone wants to join me in the DC one, we could form a team.

I offically registered for Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in DC and will be walking up to 39 miles on May 1 & 2. As a walker, I'm required to raise a minimum of $1,800 to participate, but I plan to raise much more!

Before you go, you may want to watch or read Healing Cancer from Inside Out by Mike Anderson. It's available as a DVD or book.

subfever - I don't have cancer but I know several people who do, including Shifty's sister. I'll recommend it to them.
