just imagine me though, melting away (actually i've been struggling with heat sickness all weekend) and desperately wanting some of your cold factors!!

hanging out for tuesday when we're supposed to drop by 14 degrees celcius. maybe then i can eat without being sick

'Tis currently 44 F (6.67 C) outside under cloudless blue skies. Tonight's low is forecasted to be 22 F (-5.56 C) with no wind chill. Last night the temp reached 22 F (-5.56 C) and local orange groves lost anywhere from 30% to 50% of their crop. No reports on strawberry losses.

Looks like orange juice WILL be going up in price.

Status: offline 		It has been way too warm...especially at night..I want some Seasons...grrrrrrrrrrr..Especially at night. I have my windows all open and in the middle of the night I have to throw off my blanket..I like it when it is mid-40's at night.

Edited to add: Does anyone remember that old "Twilight Zone" episode where a woman was burning up and in her fever she was hallucinating that the sun was moving closer to the earth and that was why she was so hot..... but in reality the sun was moving away from earth and she was just ill and hot with a fever and actually everyone else was freezing?

Status: offline 		It was 25F when I was outside at 5:30am. Now at 10:20am it is 21F. Dropping after a slight front has passed through. Still, after last week........it feel practically tropical!

AND........later this week it is supposed to get above freezing!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't help but get a chuckle out of your post.  Yesterday I spent the day shoveling snow as we had a 7 foot drift outside our patio door from one of the storms.  I was in shorts out there. 
23 outside right now..no sun.  I sure hope some comes out.  I do hope they have the 20 taken care of as I am about 8 hours late in getting to Sioux City right now.  Truck driver problems...so I've been sitting and waiting for his arrival.

(actually it's normally quiet cold this time of year, but desert weather is far from "normal", I've seen it snow in april and get to 100 in feb.)

Heard on the news today that Madrid is at -1C, while Calgary is +4C or so.

Status: offline 		It's a balmy 21 here in Central Il today. Whoot. A heat wave with temps expected to rise by 15 degrees by end of week. I may actually try going for a walk outside today instead of on the treadmill.

Status: offline 		41f a bit above normal . The snow is all but gone. The sun is shining, its cold , plenty of rain in the last few days, just a normal irish winter then
