Hi everyone. My name is Heather. I have been running SM clubs in London, U.K. for the past 10 years. I grew up near Boston, Massachusetts, then lived near Glasgow, Scotland for many years as well as down on the Sussex borders near Godalming in Surrey. I have lived in London for the past 11 years. My main motivation was always to provide the sort of event I wanted to go to when I first went into the scene. I liked the idea of having somewhere you could walk straight into and not feel under a microscope. So in 1997 I put together london fetish fair. I was into all this for 9 years as well before I took the plunge and got involved in the fetish scene. from about 14 - 23 I was always very fetishistic but it was a very private thing at the time. As soon as I got into the scene, I was involved in helping run events in a matter of months. I think it just felt natural to do this. I worked for some time as a pro domme, working under the title Mistress Hades, but retired from that to pursue a mongamous relationship some years ago, and again which I am in now with a wondrous kinky man, and very happy too! My boyfriend is incredibly supportive of myself and the fair, which over the past 9 years had previously been a mostly private contemplation. His first class degree in computers has helped me really make the site and the event so much better. We have just moved thew fair to a really lovely new location in the centre of London and it is fab. "Love Lane". I have the greatest respect for those working dommes who run a sterile & professional dungeon. It can be long hours and so much patience to keep it all safe guiding others through a constant desire for more an more extreme psychological scenarios, without exploiting or damaging a persons body or mind. I think the event I run is a platform for those wanting to get out into the scene without the worries of not having the right clothes, or feeling nervous about attending a fetish event. It is also widely attended by lifestyle fetishists & SMers from around the world. It's a very friendly event, housed in very luxuriant civilised environs and I hope people come to know more about it, because I put it there for people to benefit from it on many levels. I can't abide cliquism, but adore open minded people who have time for all manner of types of fetishes. It feels great to see another person find a route through to fulfilling their potential lifestyle, whether it is in producing fetish clothing or equipment or finding a place they can make friends or feel in a safe environment to live the lifestyle. Anyway, hello. If there's anything I can help people with I am happy to try. I hope everyone is having fun and getting where they want to go. kind regards Heathery
