Greetings

When I was a slave, we had several. I still have them as fashion items now that I am free. Anyway the favorite ones where a polished, plain steel eternity collar, a chain necklace with a heart shaped padlock which could be locked, a black leather with exquisite print dog collar, a green, soft leather collar with a sort of V shape to it and a O ring in front, and a hard leather black with purple decorations collar also with an O ring in front, and a plain chain and a padlock from a hardware store. The chain was very pretty, a bit long, thin links in it.

I wish you well

Greetings

Thank you. I found it on an online auction and knew I had to have it. I still use it as a necklace as it is pretty. I think you can find necklaces like that on ebay.

I wish you well

My everyday collar is a thin gold chain with a charm at the end which has meaning for both of us.  I love it and find myself touching and playing with it all the time throughout the day.

Plain-ish though it is, I still have this one more then 14 years after leaving the relationship....
The first one (in this post) was picked out with my advise. The other one in my second post (below) was a surprise 'gift'.

I do not know where she got it from. I only have that picture of it because it was sent to a friend of mine for his opinion of whether or not it would be something I liked. In that respect, sometimes gifts are a P.I.T.A. :: smiles :: ... but in a mostly good way. It did come 'gift wrapped', but the box was unmarked. :: sighs :: Which is sad because I would have loved to go back to them and have them craft another one, similar, for a slave I have now.

Since I could not go back to where the chainmaile one was made, I had this one done instead. I truly love this one!

Warmest regards,

Lady Challene

My collars are mostly black with a couple of blue ones and several white ones. I have a couple of winged collars for black tie occasions and several with are attached to the shirt with collar studs but mostly they are attached as part of the shirt when purchased... Hope this helps...

Collars I prefer to make are chain maile or made from a piece of round stainless steel (surgical grade) with a locking devise inserted into it to give a seamless effect. I am considering experimenting with titanium this year and have been asked to male a kevlar collar for what ever reason I am uncertain except that the slave is hot hot hot.. and I supose it may match the slave's ballistic bra I got for her master to give her from Germany.

My collars are not always collars or necklaces ... I gave one a very pretty set of wrist cuffs, bracelets, to one of mine. I had a local guy make them from this picture I found. I only added a bit of color, vivid grey (which is damn hard to do sometimes), to match his eyes.

I have two that I received from my Lady:

The first is black leather, 1 inch wide with 3 rings on the front and a locking buckle.  This collar is very functional.

The other was a gift from Her this Christmas.  It is made of soft doeskin leather and is pink on the inside (for me), and black on the outside (for her).  It has three pink gem studs across the front and a locking buckle.  It is more decorative than functional.

To expand a bit on the original question, I am wondering what if any sort of 'ritual' you might have for putting on and taking off of the collar?

My Lady and I do a ritual where I kneel and she kisses the outside of the collar and extends it to me and I kiss the inside.  She then puts it on while I hold my hair up.  We reverse the process when the collar is removed.  We do the same with cuffs.  I absolutely LOVE this ritual as it really helps to put me into the headspace.

Its silver, it looks like a silver "band" looks like a choker really. vanilla enough to wear 24/7. But i'm sure some people know what it is.

Greetings

Iron Bear how nice to see you again. How are you and Lady Neets? I hope you are both well. I am well. Aswad have freed me and made me is companion and that is a bit of an adjustment. It is cold here in Norway but otherwise all is well.

Tell me please do you have a picture of the chain mail collars you make? They sound beautiful.

I wish you well

LadyChallene, I googled the slogan on the picture of your chainmaile collar and found this site- http://www.koolandunusual.com.au/
I didn't look around to see if they still have the same collar or not, but they may at least have something similar :)
Anyways, not to sidetrack the thread I currently have two collars, one is a thin read leather collar with a an o-ring on the front, and the other is a round pendant on a silver chain that I received  recently from Him for my 21st birthday. The first was a replacement for the same collar that he original collared me with, and the second was supposed to be for more formal occasions. I wear it all the time any ways though.

I do the picking out when it comes to that. The only say so my last female had was that she had allergy issues. Which fit into what I was going to have made anyway.

The diamond and sapphire was my favorite. This person will make it to order though. I was going to have a locket added to the front with a picture of our ceremony instead of a D-ring. I'll definitely go back to Him again. Hopefully He's available when I do.
This site has some beautiful ones.
