I had to make up this account to be able to get into CM to find out what else I can do to access my real account. I haven't changed anything with my password or username but it won't recognize them at all. When I requested the "forgot password" to the email address for this account nothing gets sent. Not even in spam! Has my account been compromised and what can I do about it? Please, help.

@Katy, I don't know what that means. Where is the other side and how do I find them?

I saw that porcelaine posted that she couldn't get into her new account, either. cantlogon... click on the black "collarme" box at the top left of your screen... that'll take you to the home page, or "other side"... then go to the bottom on that page, and click on "support"
