I'd have to say I agree substantially with the quote above. If you think you're giving 100%, then somehow you find you're able to give even more, then your original 100% wasn't really what you thought it was.

One caveat: a person's capacity for most things can change over time. 100% today may be 90% a month from now, if my circumstances change, or if I'm progressing in some way. But to me, by definition, 100% is maxed out. If you give more than anyone thought possible, all it means is that the bar for your 100% is higher than anyone realized.

No thanks. I think I'll just focus on the 100% that I'm currently giving. Just as an aside: seeing as how you were collared but apparantly aren't now, how did that giving 105% work out for ya?

Think I'll stick with what I know but thanks for the offer.......slave luci

I find this happens regularly where I work.
People give 30% one day, 40% another day, and 35% the next.

By the way, since you were collard, what are you now, okra?
