Ok- whip out your wallet.

Who are these people? Why are they not the ones that are grilled and confirmed?

The treasury? WHO? Why are the names different?

According to WikiAnswers:

I dont know much about this one. I wonder tho- if they forgot to sign it- how many would notice- or if the wrong name was there.... if it would matter.
