i take your point, and i would never argue with a mistress, but there are risks involved with hitting someone with a cane or any related bdsm
fetish i.e breath play,,but eating, come on we are not three years old ,if your with a mistress who you do not feel safe with, to hand feed you some food or other then i would sugest you are with the wrong mistress

Shit happens. I expect to have a first aid kit nearby during scenes and if someone is actually doing a force feeding scene (ie. holding my nose to force me to open my mouth) then I expect them to have a plan in case I start choking. I also expect to be able to ask about it.

Bringing up choking is perfectly valid.

Agreed. However, this site has people visiting it from all levels of experience. Those with no experience may not be aware that any hazards exist to something like 'force feeding' and it would be a terrible shame if they read a post which spoke of all the warm fuzzies a sub gets, goes about searching for someone to force feed them, and winds up dying because they choked to death without ever realizing they should be aware of the risks.

Those who have more experience usually can discern the risks for themselves. Those who have no experience, or very little, may not be aware of risks that could potentially arise. Some of those newbies are in such a rush to find the thrill that they DO throw away common sense. Therefore, the safety posts, may in fact be beneficial to others, even if you do not appreciate them.

what did i get from the experience, well i didnt get any sexual kick from the eating, but as i was with the mistress most of the time, we of course had done all of the usual femdom/bdsm things so i guess she wanted to throw me a curve ball and try something different

i wasnt tied down and forced to eat in that manner,i was sitting in a chair hands free and just hand fed by my mistress

I'm trying to figure out how the idea of "forced feeding" came from having your mistress cajole you into eating.

I actually think it would be fun to have an array of "unusual" foods, things that would be new and different for a man, and have a tasting party.  I like to play with food and explore new tastes and textures and it could be quite a fun little game... him sitting there, eyes closed, with his mouth open like a little baby bird waiting for the next taste sensation.  Will it be sweet or sour...salty or spicy?  Will it be hard and crunchy or gooey and creamy?  Hot or cold...mild or pungent?
I see this as just another form of sensation/sensual play...using the different senses to have fun.

Yeah, playing with food is fun...forced feeding is a different matter.

Oh, and in regards to this...

...it could be a problem if this mistress isn't aware of any food allergies you may have.  Communication and common sense are always necessary.

I saw an empty box for Cinnabon while walking the dog today. Why'd you have to go and remind me of my addiction? It was hard enough to just pass up the box.

Ms. Lockit ....

Your post is quite funny .... but i am thinking ... if You were even slightly serious ... You really should start seeing ... more sophisticated gentlemen ......... LOL

Imagine ... being served by a gentleman ... wearing nothing but a tux collar ... serving You a glass of something wonderful ... such as ... Pouilly Fuisse ...

along with a bowl of broiled, buttered brussel sprouts ...

Should You eat the brussel sprouts Yourself????? ... or force feed the servant (aka puppy) ??????????

Train him to be very polite ... with a crop over his ass ... while on hands and knees ... being forced fed from his bowl ........

Hmm ... decisions ... decisions ....

i wish You wonderful dreams .... <big smiles>

In those days, lobster was the 'crap' food to give others. Today, its tofu. And I'm sure some on here love tofu. You can have my serving, if I can have your lobster tails.

Tofu is great stuff! I've made my own tofu and tempeh, can't get enough of it. If you find the plain stuff a bit grim, try one of the delicacy tofu's, like seasame seed and garlic smoked tofu, or pickled tofu.

Anyway, regarding the OP:

I suspect I am in the minority of people who actually like brussel sprouts lol. As for force feeding my slave, there is no need, he has quite the appetite.

To the OP:

The word "forced" would suggest (in my mind) shoving food in someone's mouth.

While you are new, perhaps you are not aware that sometimes we answer questions with an eye to the future, to a newbie, to someone who doesn't think of safety issues.  It is part of the responsibility some of us take on as part of this community.

Enjoy your fun, and I never thought of this as a kink.  Heh.  Nobody's gotta "force" me to eat brussel sprouts either.  I'm going to go join Carrie and Lockit with the wine and wonderful food, and say bon apetite!

I make brussel sprouts with sherry vinegar, maple syrup, shallots, Dijon mustard and pecans. Everybody (really everybody) loves them. They are delicious alongside roasted pheasant ;-)
