Here's a caveat...I have tendinitis in my shoulders, and even sleeping wrong can cause a great deal of pain that takes months to go away. I highly suggest starting with more mobility, and training to have less mobility. The suggestions of using yoga are excellent. Trust me, the pain from tendinitis in your shoulders isn't something that I would be willing to suffer for ANYONE, and I was only 30 when it manifested. So just be careful!

Master locks me to His bed with a chain attached to an ankle cuff. If I'm good during the day, He'll attach the long chain that is able to reach the bathroom. If I'm bad, He'll attach a short chain that if I have to pee in the middle of the night, I have to use a litterbox. Luckily, I may be bad but I never have to pee in the middle of the night hahaha.

I would have mine wear his collar and cuffs only. We both enjoyed it, and I could sleep well knowing that his safety was insured in case anything went wrong somehow.

Ranja, I can undo my chain if something goes wrong...I'm just not allowed to if there isn't an emergency. I suffer from Asthma and He knows that.

I once massaged my little submissive girl's ankles and wrists as she slept. After each massage I would place on her wrists straps or ankle straps...as morning came I took each limb and attached them to the silken ropes that were tied to the bedposts. when she awoke she had one of the biggest smiles on her face. I can still close my eyes and see that wonderful smile. What followed after was absolutely heaven fo both of us.

i had a Master who kept me in ankle and wrist cufs,with attaching chains on them and, with a chain that was connected to a bolt on the floor it was weaved up over the ankle chain and then under the wrist chain and attached to my collar ring i slept that way. i got used to it and when i returned home, i missed my chains i still do my new Master says he will chain me when i join him. Ask to have chains attached to give you movement explain things to him. If he is a good Master he will not wish to harm his property. patina

Perhaps a short stretchy cord like a bungee cord? Short enough to restrain, but stretchy enough to allow some adjustment.

I would suggest trying something different. My Mistress usually attaches my collar to a very short chain that is connected to a mounting plate that is attached to the wall. Maybe being in bondage is enough for your Master. There is no reason for you to be in unnecessary pain....

Since i wear His! Eternity collar (actually 2) all the time and have for a couple of years, being cuffed (ankles or wrists) or any other combination is very natural to me. About 99% of the time i am wearing some sort of restraints most of the time and sleep in them too. From simply having wrist or ankle cuffs on (Eternity to match His! collars i wear) to being hogtied or even in a body bag/sleep sack (latex). It's just a matter of over time it becomes so natural that i feel funny when i am not bound in some way. i might add i spend nearly all of my time, especially when home, naked which in a way is bondage as i can't very well go out. The issue was brought up about "what if" someone is bound or restrained and the partner dies. Drastic to say the least, but the riding down a freeway a 70 mph and the driver dies is pretty drastic too. It's just a part of life. i do engage in self bondage, when Master! is out, but i always have an escape, and He! knows i am doing it. If after a certain time i don't call Him!, He! will come back and make sure i am OK. This has worked just fine for U/us for a long time. Bottom line is, be safe in anything you do...even sleeping while hogtied.
