In the olden days when the milking was done sat on a little stool resting your head against the big warm body of the cow while rhythmically squeezing the udders, the milking as an activity was very very relaxing indeed

nowadays with all the big machines it is just a boring job and can be quite stressful... especially if you take no joy in being a farmer

milking does absolutely nothing to ease frustration, i can tell you this from experience.
for me, it does not add to my frustration or make it worse.
it is a very unnatural feeling to have the fluid sqeezed out and not expelled through ejaculation.

Oh beaten to the post....and there was me about to start on vets with their arms up to their elbow inside a cow's uterus.
(Does wonders for frustration even if he's not a vet).
