No offense intended however... This question has been asked a million times. I strongly suggest that you use the search feature so that you get the excellent advice from those are posting now AND those who have already shared their wisdom but are no longer here. Or just don't feel like answering this question for the hundredth time. As for the question... just look on lifestyle sites and be patient.

Posting ads on websites like this one is a good start. Attending events or a munch is another good way to network and meet potential peeps for play or to be part of your unit. Just be clear what you want. the.dark.

get out in your local kink community and start networking. Eventually, maybe you'll make contacts who could hook you up, or maybe you will even meet someone yourself. Also, a partner can be found literally anywhere. Especially in this day and age, kink and the concepts behind D/s are no longer quite so taboo (at least where I am at), and seemingly 'nilla people you meet, provided you like their personality, may be open to D/s if given the chance.
