To me, when the dems wanted to cut 500 + million from medicare, that is a death panel.

FR

With 71% reporting, it's 53-46 for Brown.  I was looking at the reports from a Boston newspaper, and the turnout numbers are HUGE for a special election.

I recall you writing that you thought withholding health care from Republicans was a good idea that was sounding better every day.

I also recall that it was a lie on the Democrats part that the Republican party was spreading that around.

Obama's jerking five hundred billion from medicare is pulling the plug on a lot of grannies, as well.

Looks like Massachusetts agrees for the most pat, too.

I don't recall you condemning the ugliness of the  republican party's lies about death panels, pulling the plug on granny, and denying health care to republicans. Did I miss your posts on those particular uglinesses, or do you only see ugliness where it suits your ideology?

Maybe the GOP isn't dead ? Maybe the governors races in New Jersey and Virginia really did mean something after all ?

Congratulations Senator Scott Brown- Ma.              !!!!!!!!!!!

Ohh, yes we did !!!!!!

mstrj69 -> RE: The Kennedy Seat (1/19/2010 6:40:05 PM)

This election has nothing to do with the Kennedys and everything to do with the people wanting to be heard. I doubt if healthcare would have passed anyway, what with all the giveaways to get votes and then everybody wanting to match the best one yet. Cost just got out of hand and would have killed the democrats in the fall.
