I wasn't entirely sure on where to post this, so here looks like good a place as any..

I plan on becoming very active on this board, but I am a VERY forgetful person.  I saw the option on My profile where I can be notified when someone posts where I have posted ..but, so far, I havn't gotten any E-mails, even though people have been posting where I have.

If this doesnt make sense, I'm sorry ..if it does ..HELP: How do I recieve Email when someone posts where I have posted?

Sorry, I don't know.  I've noticed a box on the bottom of the reply box, but I've never tried it.

I believe that there may be two issues involved. The first is that someone may have replied to your post but not to your actuall post. For instance: Sub A posts a message. Dom A replies to Sub A. Sub B replies to Dom A's actuall post but they are directing their comments at Sub A. I don't believe that you will get a notice if that happens.

The Collarme server might be having issues with emails. Sometimes it takes awhile to get email from the bots. Also, make sure you are checking your correct email account, the one you used to sign up originally.

If you have more problems email Support.

If you are like me and I am one of the original members of the board.  You won't ever see a mail.  People have actually forwarded me their notifications in the past.  That is the only way I know what they look like.  All the right buttons are pressed.
Yet, it is a glitch for some of us.  For other's it works perfectly.
Good way to fix it is to log in from time to time and see if anyone has responded to one of your posts.

Hi.  I am new here and just trying to get my profile organized.  I live in Manitoba, Canada.  I can select Canada but can't find where to choose Manitoba instead of a US state.  Other profiles have Canadian provinces so I know it can be done.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Princessjess.  I am new too but I notice that at the bottom of this "reply screen" there is a box to check if you want to be notified by email.  Cheers, Fyrezice.

When I created Lucky, I got notifications through my AOL email (which is what I used when I signed onto collarme at first).  I had to learn how to turn it off.

I suppose the thing to do is talk to a moderator or support.
