? What? If my add was not to your pleasing, then common since would be to just skip it and keep moving like I did while passing your profile. So if you don't have anything positive to say keep it moving. Thank you.

Greetings R3mi,

'Get into my box' can be understood in a number of ways, including get into my vagina. That people do not wish to take you up on your offer (which comes over as an order) is not a surprising thing.

verity

Hello Remi,
Welcome to the boards.  I'm curious though... You have been on this site for about 2 weeks and you are "under consideration".  Did you meet this fellow here?  Did he suggest you come here to talk with us?  What does "under consideration" mean?

Let's see, you've been flirted with by Steven (good job!  We lub him), you've insulted Holly who just said no to sex with you, you've been yelled a welcome by Osirris, and you've been given an explanation by verity.

Quite a start.

Let me give you a perspective.  You're coming into a room of people and saying hi.  That was nice.  People (may have) misunderstood what you were saying, or maybe you were being flirtatious.  Either way, calling someone names who has corrected you is not really endearing.

How bout starting over?

Best,
sunshine

R3mi -> RE: Sub in training. (1/23/2010 9:02:15 AM)

Thanks for the advice. I am not by any means trying to find someone to have sex with. I am quite pleased already. I just think that some people are so lame and bored that they have to post ugly words. I am not going to put up with that. I don't care about what there status is.

An asshole would tell you that it is 'their status' not 'there status'.

They would probably also misconstrue what others have said and just keep acting like an asshole. (What an ugly word 'asshole' is. I wonder who first mentioned it in this thread?)

peppermint -> RE: Sub in training. (1/23/2010 10:09:53 AM)

I think we need a copy of  "How to Make Friends and Influence People" here.

peppermint -> RE: Sub in training. (1/23/2010 10:25:24 AM)

You asked for advice...so here I go.

1.  Read on the internet, attend munches, talk to other lifestylers for 6 months before even considering a commitment to a Dominant.  Do some soulsearching.  Discover what YOU want and YOU need.  To discover your local munch read my signature.

2.  Please realize that while you are being considered, you are also considering the Dominant.  You can choose to move on.  Make sure you know what being considered means to both yourself and the Dominant.  Some Dominants use "under consideration" to keep you from talking to other Dominants while they keep looking around to see if they can find something better.

3.  Use the SEARCH feature at the top of this page and use the term "sub frenzy."  Read what it is about and make sure you do not fall prey to sub frenzy.

4.  Most of the people who write in these forums are people with many years of experience.  We also joke around a lot.  Don't get all bent out of shape over a little joke.  Too bad you didn't get it.

5.  If you ask for advice here expect that you may not like some of the advice given.  When you write in the forums you  never know what you are going to get back.  Some of it may hit the truth on the head even when you are not willing or able to understand.  Yelling and calling people names will not change the truth.

6.  Don't fall in love or expect too much until you and your partner have met face to face real time.

7.  Have fun.  Don't take yourself too seriously.  Don't play a role.  Be yourself.

Tamoko -> RE: Sub in training. (1/23/2010 10:57:37 AM)

Thank you Peppermint for answering  the girls question.I wish I could pretend that I'd never made a typo,or just spelled a word wrong in my haste to get my point across but.....anyway welcome to CM and just remember to take what you can use and leave the rest which is usually bull shit anyway.

sunshinemiss -> RE: Sub in training. (1/23/2010 4:10:17 PM)

I noticed my questions weren't answered, and (because I'm brilliant and all that  *ahem*) thought I'd remind you of them.
