DanSbabygirl -> how to approach Doms and subs without causing offence and in a respectful manner. (1/19/2010 1:25:07 AM)

Greetings Aall
This  girl has been asked to Mentor a sub/switch friend.
This girl has come up against a question that she has trouble grasping, Tis simple question really, but seen as this girl has only ever been sub, any Switching questions are a lil bit difficult for her to answer.
Please could she draw from The experience of Aall that care to help.
Thanks in advance

Why will they be pulled ??

to the OP

As with any other person in the lifestyle you approch them with respect... A little manners gets you a quiet a way.
As a switch and a slave, I adress everyone as Ma'am or Sir, until unwise instructed; no one up to this date has gotten upset with me when I called them Ma'am or Sir.
I use the same common curtesy and manners as I would in every day but that is because that is what my Master is expecting of me.
and when in doubt, look it up in the Emily Post Book of Etiquitte ......

That would depend on the person you're approaching, wouldn't it?
There could be a billion answers to this question. Almost 7 billion, in fact.

I don't have a special way of approaching doms and subs. I approach them as I do any other person I meet. With courtesy. How I approach them after I know them depends on what, if any, kind of relationship we develop. They get at least basic courtesy from me.

Whatever happened to walking up to the person, extending your hand and saying, "Hi, I'm (insert name here).  Pleased to meet you"  ?
