Except that it is misleading to call it merely a muscle because it is smooth muscle, not skeletal muscle, which is what people think of when you say "muscle". Skeletal muscle is the type of muscle that enlarges when you work out - biceps, triceps, etc.
Smooth muscle is organ muscle, and in order for the penis to fill with blood and enlarge, the smooth muscle must RELAX, or an erection is impossible. Some penis enlargement can be gained thru smooth muscle manipulation, but it does not work the way skeletal muscle works.
Call me when that little fucker (pun intended) can lift barbells on its own power, and then I'll treat it like a muscle.

Hardly. The unaroused vagina is approximately 2 to 3 inches long, and when aroused, the back wall lengthens to only about 4 inches (and the vagina then curves more forward). When something is inserted, for most women it can be stretched to 7-8 inches comfortably, but that is not considered its size. Otherwise, men would be yanking their dick down to their knees and boasting they had 14 inches (well, not that they don't do that anyway).
