Rahm sure didn't pan out like I thought he would. I thought the guy was gonna be a huge partisan ass. I've barely heard or read anything about him the first year. I compare Obama to the senate at this time, and he wins.... Not saying I approve of his job, and I hope he will get better people around him... if he doesn't do this soon I will not vote for him again. The establishment does not like people to be elected president who might think to change things. Hence status quo. Both McCain and Obama had big business money stuffed in their pockets. Hence all the lobbyist Obama is surrounded by. Bodies at rest tend to remain at rest. It takes an outside force acting on it to move it.

Just a question to those who , it seems on every occaision rant lefty, rightwing, socialist, republican, whatever in answer to anything anyone puts up, do you never get tired of seeing with blinkered views, can you not look at the bigger picture without seeking a partisan view of things? Maybe it might be that despite yourselves being of the united states, divided you are, and with that, divided you may fall, who cares about political party bullshit clubs, they serve themselves, not you, you are just a pawn to be used and as history shows, later abused.

I contend that the change that was expected is coming, by way of a change in approach that will make heads spin - first and foremost in the Democratic party in the congress. E Ellen, With the State of the Union coming up this week, I'd not be surprised.

If I may point out a simple fact of constitutional law, Obama's mother was an American citizen, that makes Obama an American regardless of where he was born. However it is a moot point since he was born in Hawaii and even the right winger blow hards like Limbaugh think that the birthers are a political joke.
