Indeed. I won't comment on the post, because I am deep in the linked website, reading about the Illuminati and the Bilderbergs who are secretly running the New World Order. (And doing a piss poor job of it, but thats just my opinion.)

Status: offline 		RO - D&B keep records on all manner of institutions, because they all buy stuff on credit, make use of banking facilities etc - doesnt mean theyre trading businesses as such. Such records are also useful to someone no doubt, because the "turnover" of the Court and its general financial situation (eg, debtors/creditors for a start) can shed light on the general environment in which it is operating and changes to that environment - eg economic recession, change in legislation etc.

E (English Law certified paralegal)

what are bid bonds, performance bonds and warrants?

What does the cop do when he writes out a ticket against you?

He is putting a lien against you and you are accepting it.

You sign your way into jail by agreement.

What do you think happens to those bonds?

They are pretty worthless if they cannot be sold!

They are traded on wall street as derivatives.

The courts are nothing more than a business adventure as is all government today as a result of everything being incorporated and americans to dumb to knwo what their rights really are!

So lemme ask you this.  Do you think Obamas executive order signed this past month giving Interpol the right to operate in the USA with total immunity would have any bearing on who and what is flying helicopters- and or drones?

Do you think it is amusing that corporations are more equal then humans are?

Do you think drones are used in the US?

Do you think that corporate influence on policy is too much or not enough?

Do you think we are in 2 wars right now when we voted for change?

Do you think that Goldman Sachs and the government is one and the same?

..........I do beleive that such "helicopters"  have been set lose.   Nevermind that we spread "freedom" the globe over.

You know as well as I do that he can't provide any documentable proof, just like in the other thread, when I pointed out that every case he cited had received significant negative treatment over the years, and he just conveniently kept quoting the parts that supported his position (even though the cases on the whole did NOT). We can provide him with documentable evidence against everything he says, but he will just call "conspiracy" and ignore it.

By the way, I'm one of those who find contract law very boring. The only thing I hate more in corporate, lol. Give me family, landlord/tenant, criminal and Plaintiff personal injury any day over that. But if I ever need some help with the contract stuff, I hope you don't mind if I drop you a line!

Actually that is EXACTLY what "negative treatment" means. No, it doesn't overturn the decision of that particular case, it means that it is not going to support future cases.
