We use the high five a lot in my family, it has been pretty significant since I started working in a bar and it was hard to have conversations. We use them mostly when someone makes impresses with a joke more than anything else. I was thinking about it today, how chuffed (happy) I am when someone gives me a high five, I was just wondering if anyone else got an inordinate amount of satisfaction from this simple gesture
