Why? - because any man who wanted a woman would know that penis photos aren't the way to attract a woman.
Penis shots are the way to attract another man because men tend to be more visual than women, and a penis photo is fairly explicit.

Just a pic of that says very little about them but enough to know that i have no interest in them.

Nudity is not as blatant as zeroing in on a body part but even artistic nudity says that the guy is interested in primarily a physical relationship. To me that is...that's what the cock and nude pictures say to me.
