Hell, even Walgreens announced 2 weeks ago that all their accounting will be done overseas to increase profits. So how do you get business to invest in this country? It worked very well up until Reagan lowered the corp tax and what changed was profits increased, CEO pay went through the roof and jobs moved overseas to increase profits. People bitch about Corp taxes, yet in 2008 AIG paid less than 1% taxes (it was in Time/Newsweek/and Crains) Everyone bitches about the high tax rate but seem to forget the final rate corporations paid after deductions are taken.

Rich, can we go back about 16 months ago when the stock market tanked, unemployment was going sky high, and real estate was in the toilet? This economy was in the gutter, LONG before President Obama became President. What the hell did GWB do his last year in the White House? Oh, I remember now, he told us the economy was just fine, 30 days before the stock market tanked in September/ October 2008! I am not saying I approve or agree with all of President Obama's choices or decisions { I do NOT!}, but no one can tell me, this country was not in horrible shape BEFORE President Obama was elected.
