I am not a mommy domme and it doesn't play at all into my fantasies. I however have a very good RL friend who is into infantilism and after many years on this site finding no one (at least not locally), he has some success on a site such as FetLife.com which is very fetish specific. You might find the same.

I recommend you look for AB (adult baby) players. CollarMe has such terms as Diapers and Age Play that might lead you to relevant players.

They are certainly out there but they do take some time to find. I would take the advice and look at some fetish specific sites and remember some in the vanilla world are very open to this. Probably have better luck looking for the relationship first, and then venture down this path early in the relationship to see if your really compatitble.
