Some times among the societies of pro-Mistresses there is a competition and jelousy , so some make fake profiles in order to discredit the real Mistresses. Some just starting and making the first steps in the world of Domination. Each of us is fake to some degree. We are not ourselfs very often , but we are not what we look very often. The girl who humiliates me to some extend and limit is a fake Mistress. Because she can not go further , she thinks its too far... The PRO-Mistress is a fake Mistress , because its just a game , which she play with you for a time and then , the game is over. The real Mistress , some times forgets that she is a Mistress. Well , to be honest - we all fake ones , even just because we do not live as we should live. We invented our world our god , our way of life . We actually are not fake , but we want to live in the fake world , to have fake god , to be fake. Just because our feelings , imagination and orientation for us is much more important than duty before life , right and wrong , and so on. If to dig deeper - every Mistress is fake ! ( I am lucky my Mistress , do hear that. )

I've seen few fakes... lots of incompatibles brought up here, but few fakes -dominant or submissive.

From this male sub's point of vu, sometimes lack of interest as more knowledge of the other party presents itself can be misconstrued as not real if ie someone disappears after initial email exchanges...........ie while i always show up for planned meets and greets for coffee, etc., i know i have in the past broken off the getting to know you phase after a few email exchanges, if for example a Domme's profile is without photo and then when one eventually arrives, i realize there is a lack of physical attraction.....my guess is that happens with many as many Domme profiles are photo-less. I am sure this happens on the other side also and can explain many sub complaints also.

This goes right along with the "fake submissives" threads that are oh-so-common. Consider the "do-me sub" thread still on the front page here. The bottom line, some people are compatible with you, others are not. If you have a small mind, then the ones who are not compatible are "fake".

And i will try to explain this for you. A Fake Mistress is a person who is masquerading as a Dominant Woman. They are here, and their goal is to try to take money from you. As much as they can get. There are some really obvious ones, like the profile with the picture of the 20 something sweety who just emails you a here's my yahoo address .. come chat with me. But there is a far more dangerous type around as well. Typically, they run multiple profiles and get your phone number or personal details ... working you like a "real Domme". In one instance in my area ... it was clearly identified that it was a couple ... and they were both convicted of larceny and other schemes before. So they are con artists. Typically they get to know you, through chat, phone etc., they set up a "date" then give you a horrible "sob" story and ask for financial help. But they want you to send it to them via Western Union or other electronic wire transfer. A second type, that is starting to show up ... is they spend time with you, sometimes several weeks, emailing, chatting and or phone calls; then they set up the date ... then "suddenly" get a consulting contract requiring them to travel to another country. But they leave without making "letter of credit" arrangements. Then they want you to "open a bank account" at a specific online bank for them. So their client can deposit the cash in that account. It is either money laundering or they want access to your personal information for malicious use .. such as fake credit cards ... or both. And even if it was legitimate (which it is NOT) you would incur income tax liability. And the Feds track transactions over $5000, too. So yes, they can hurt you. A variety of ways. And these people are very persuasive in their arguments ... as to why they can be trusted. But it is a confidence game. Your only defense is ... never send money to "ANYONE" you meet online. For any reason. Another defense is to avoid any web cam or pictures ... that are embarrassing or detrimental to your reputation. (They will use black mail to get money, too.) And third, don't give anyone your personal information ... There are a couple of other defenses too ... such as listening closely for stories that don't tie out ... or details that should be obvious to them and are not ... they are tell tale signs, too. Oh and i forgot ... ask leading questions ... it is a really good defense ... for everybody. That is my two cents worth. i hope you have a better understanding of this now.

I guess, for me, a 'fake' mistress is one who goes through the motions without ever enjoying being dominant.
