Yes, it does. This can be achieved in a variety of ways. The 'double ended' design models leave no question about this, especially the feeldoe or nexus brands. Many single ended types come with a vibrator at the base for clitoral stimulation. A well positioned harness, while not quite the same effect, will also stimulate.

Hi.

Strap ons can be pleasurable for the Mistress and for the sub. Some Mistresses might use a double ender dildo but it doesn't protect against STDS.

CBT is Cock and Ball Torture. It can be pleasurable and painful some times all at the same time. We get lots of requests for that.

I suppose what I like to do is cbt, but really it's about sensation. I figure that men have a telltale sign they're enjoying themselves. (grin) If it hurts seriously, not merely hurts as a sensation, he'll go soft.

Plus, I really like watching someone get high off the sensation when they don't quite believe it's possible.
