Hi all I'm so sorry if my post is in the wrong place but I couldn't find anywhere else to put it or a way to contact collarme directly so really hope you can help.
I joined the site a couple of days ago and wrote a profile but have been told it can't be seen and sure enough when I go edit profile every thing I wrote is in there how ever when I click view profile it comes up "no profile found" ?????? But the funny thing is when I put my username in the username box of the search feature it comes up just fine as far as I can see.
Thank you so much for your help in advance. So sorry to be a pain.

Sorry hunni, It doesn't come up for me when I click you and it doesn't come up when I search either.
Try resubmitting the profile on the other side again, or check your profile isn't hidden by mistake?

Ahhhhh I can see the support bit now lol so sorry blonde moment.
Hidden by mistake?? Oooo how would I change that please??

Have a look at the gray tabs on the left hand side...where it says 'edit profile' - if it's hidden, it will say.

Depends how busy they are. Unless you are absolutely taken with the name you are using, then I would suggest you just close your one down and do a new one. It just depends how patient you are.

I am not sure anymore. It used to, but I know that things are a lot more instant around here now. I know the photos get approved almost instantly now.

Profiles might be starting to get a lookthru before approved. it might just be a delay if all other possiblilities are eliminated.

I don't think starting another is the right thing right now, I think patience would work better. If there's nothing wrong with it, it should be no problem. If there is they will let you know.
