Me too. I used to be a fragrance whore for years, using different ones, until Angel came out. I was first on line at Saks in NYC and the moment I smelled it, I was hooked.

I literally get stopped all the time, men, women, even kids ask me about the smell; it is awesome. My favorite thing from the line is the dry oil spray. Yum.

Did you ever smell Angel Men? It is also yummy in a manly way.

*shivers* I love that.

Rain, leather, cigar smoke, my lover's neck after he ravaged me, baking pie, the woods in Maine after a storm, the ocean, good scotch.

I haven't smelled the men's version.  I'm scared to -- I'm afraid it won't be as good.  Because of my allergies, I'm very sensitive to perfumes or scents in things like lotion.  My sense of smell is so keen now, that I can tell whether or not I'll be allergic by how good (or bad) a perfume, lotion, candle, or anything else smells.  The first time I got a whiff of Angel, I was over the moon.  It's one of the few perfumes I can wear.

I usually go for something spicy-sweet, like Nag Champa, cinnamon, or clove.  Out of the ones listed here, I voted for vanilla, and my second choice would be black cherries.  That's what's in the candleholder/vase thing you gave us -- black cherry tea lights.

Good black cherry is Master's pick, but we have to be careful for the candles that smell like kool-aid.

Nag champa soy candles are the best!  You heat them, drip them, and rub it in.  Sadistic massage yumminess.

flogger -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 5:57:56 PM)

cucumbers and candy, I got to know LOL

I picked cedar smoke, it's relaxing.

And a dash of Hai Karate for me. [:)]

Oooh, that sounds fun.  Where do you get them?

Okay, now I have an overwhelming urge to get a bunch of scented candles, some soft paint brushes, and create a scented mural on a chained subbie girl.

RedMagic1 -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 6:06:47 PM)

There's a one-woman shop in Columbus, OH, who makes them by hand.  A friend in Columbus introduced me to them.  Nearer you, I'd just have to google it... so I figured I'd let you do that, being a very bad sub.[;)]

Shamed!  Shamed I am, by the funny-nose smiley.

This isn't the one I used, but it looks quite similar.

It really is cool.  First you hear "ow ow ow" and then you hear "mmmmmmmmm."

FelineFae -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 6:23:05 PM)

Soy candles are common wares in health food stores.
But they made me sad.
Even when properly burned, the ones i had tended not to re-light.
Perhaps it was just that brand.

kyuketsuki1977 -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 6:30:39 PM)

hmm most of all Echo by Davidoff on me

but I really must ask what messed up candles and incense comes in bacon and Latex scent? I guess the bacon might come in handy when trying to woo Homer Simpson "hmmmmm Bacon"

Aynne88 -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 6:30:57 PM)

RedMagic, Nag Champa is also my favorite incense, I buy it here at Sun Oriental Market in Portland, Maine. I don't know if they have a website, I'll check. They have the best stuff. [:D].

SylvereApLeanan -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 6:33:21 PM)

I found this:  http://www.nagchampa.com

It occured to me that candle scents were generally marketed to females.
This made me think of what scents would appeal to men as a household aroma?
i came up with bacon, pizza, and fajita. i also thought these candles should be in mason canning jars with duct tape for lables.

Do they smell?

I love frankincense, cedar, pine, lavender, sage, clary sage, jasmine, the smell of toast, bacon, banana bread, turkey toasting, clothes dried on the laundry line outside, the smell of my mom's house, clean hair, some people, vanilla, beeswax candles, freesias, tomato plants, wool, cookies baking, popcorn, Jamaica, Australia, sea water, fresh air out of the city, babies, butter heating up for cooking, onions frying, garlic, coffee, tequila, scotch, some paint. These are a few of my favorite smells!

LaTigresse -> RE: Sexy Smells (1/28/2010 7:13:16 PM)

A snifter of port is very sexy.
