Status: offline 		My Master Made a "cage" of tea lights which I knelt inside. He read some vows that he wrote (basically, that he owned me and promised to take care of me) Then he asked me to read my own vows (that I would obey him and give myself to him) Then  He held up the collar, told me what it meant (to him/us) and asked me if I agreed by my own free will to wear it. Then he put it on my neck. Once it was locked on he took my hand, led me out of the "cage" and pointed to the ground at his feet, where I once again knelt and kissed. Simple and pretty. I wont forget it as long as I live.

Status: offline 		To each their own... we find the whole "collaring ceremony" thing a bit silly.  But again, to each their own.  I'm sure there are things we do that others wouldn't find favor in.

Status: offline 		We discussed it and she was a bit reluctant at first. However while she was kneeling at my feet I told her to go and get the collar..she returned and I put it on her. She was transformed and now can't wait to have her collor on.

Status: offline 		Ours was small, but so beautiful. We rented a suite with a fireplace on the beach at a very exclusive hotel at the time. The lights were dim, and we had candles lit around the room and soft music playing. We were both in white, and the sub that we had known for years who took me under her wing performed the ceremony.

We said our own vows, and gave ourselves to each other in front of two of our closest friends. It was beautiful.

Status: offline 		My was rough my comparison and with fellow BSDM witnesses. My master and I planned the whole thing together after a long discussion on what we wanted.
After dark on our property I was lead by cuffed to the stocks by two female guards in latex, stripped and severely canned on my back and butt leaving welts. My front was also flogged with a leather flogger leaving deep red marks. It was slow and took over 1hr. I was physically and mentally drained afterward like never before. when Master said I had enough he congradulated me on not stopping and asked me do I give my life to him and i said yes. He then carefully had be pulled down and placed on a table with the help of the guards and very carefully washed me and cleaned my cuts. He then carried me inside where I had my makeup and hair tided up and put on a beautiful wrap dress he bought me. All this was to be a sign of my commitment to him and his care for me. We then said a few vows to each other in front of our friends and then he placed on my beautiful heavy steel collar. We continued to celebrate with a cocktail party for everyone.

Status: offline 		The one time I was collared, we were in bed and he slapped the collar around my neck.  It worked for us.  But we are unconventional people and he knows how I feel about anything that smacks of castle realm and doing it the same way everyone else does it.

Status: offline 		I laid out an altar on the living room floor, lit a black candle to represent the past, lit a white candle to represent the future.

I had her kneel one side, stripped, while I knelt opposite, dressed. She was cuffed hand and foot, I then read out dedictions to the god and goddess - Mine, that I would keep and protect her (and a few other things, it was 4 years ago, after all), and hers that she would serve me and please me.

At that point, I put the collar on her and screwed it tight.

I then burned our "old" names in the flame of the black candle, to represent an end to our old life and burned our "new" names (Mine being "Master" plus a private name to use as code around vanillas, hers "slave" and again a private code name) in the "future" flame, to seal the dedication....

I released her, gave her a token caning to introduce her to her new role, picked out a nice showy outfit for her to wear and we went for a pub lunch. It was one of the most romantic thnigs we've ever done :)
