I just want to walk away, and sit by the sea.
Leave the din and roar of a life sadly led down a wrong path behind,
and find solace in my solitude.
Hard driven mist bites into my skin, and
tells me that I'm still alive, and yet,
it leaves my questions unattended.
I just want to walk away, as the cold sun dives into the horizon.
Mist yields to the night, stars signal their existence from far away,
If only one would deign to illuminate my path, to a place where I could breathe...
Heaven and earth perform their dance, the clock ticks, and still, I can't find my way home.
