I have had fantasies about having a caged up prisoner girl for years now (since around puberty). I have wanked off to this hot fantasy so many times, and it's probally the reason why I need to wear contacts now. It's a hot fucking fantasy. Trust me, I've thought about it a lot over the years. Hell, it's even sort of turning me on now thinking about it.
However, as it's been pointed out, the reality involved to do it and do it right sort of puts the screws into it some. I'm not saying it's impossible, there's a lot of issues and special considerations to be factored in.
Trust me, they would be hauled out of the caged for other things besides sex and use. The Cage would be good for only so long, would need to upgrade to a prison cell. Cages ain't cheap and Cells cost even more. Requires different type of wall construction and etc. This type of stuff is not typical of most residential homes. None the less, price tag of building a cell or otherwise secure slave quarters (realistic confinement you can't escape from), ain't cheap. Humans like any other living things require excercise to keep in shape. A fitness program/routine needs to be established. Again, this is if one is to do it right.
I sort of laugh when I read submissive profiles seeking to become prisoner in a cage and only get pulled out for sex or S&M play and think they going to spend the rest of the time inside that friggen cage. Why? Because that ain't realistic for any DOM who is serious about doing the prisoner confinement thing and doing it right. Dugh!
Now, comes the work involved in food, cause everybody needs to eat to stay alive and healthy. There are a few options, the Dom/me (warden) has to prepare the food and deliver it to the slave. The food can be ordered or catered out, or the prisoner slave get's put on kitchen duty. Just like they do at every day real world prisons. So Yeah, option 3 is the most logical so I'm afraid I'd disrupt my submissive prisoners hot fantasy some when I haul her ass out of the cage and put her on "Kitchen Bitch" duty.
Back to excerise and activity, just like they have work programs in prisons. I'd have to implement one myself. Chores and tasks around the household. But sooner or later the joint will be spick and span from somebody working so much on this. So comes into play other things; such as shopping trips and etc. Jails have programs where the prisoners end up doing work outside of the prison itself. Again, this is for practical reasons. This fucks with the fantasy of being keep in a cage 24/7 and dragged out for sex and S&M play. However, these things promote the health and welfare of the slave and are benifit to the Warden Dom/me in question.
In regards to Health Care issues, her ass would need to have checkups and other things. I'm sorry Bitch, time for me to haul your lazy ass out of the fucking cage and your stupid ass is going to have contact with the outside world, because i want to make certain you stay in good health so I can continue to fuck your brains out and engage in S&M play. I can't do that if your stupid lazy cage confined ass becomes ill and drops dead on me. I have this mental image of dragging her out by her collar and chaining her up and leading her outside to the car. A mental image a bit like a DOG who senses it's getting ready to take a trip to the VETS and they want to fight you. (this is sort of screwing with this hot fantasy and I don't find myself sexually turned on at all.. My Woody is as limp as a dead woodpecker in a Mud Puddle right now.
At this point, I'm thinking I want a slave a bit like the "I Dream of Jennie" type. No Cages, No Cells, no problems getting her ass out of the house to see the light of day. She listens, she obeys, I don't have to padlock up this that and another thing. Worry about a slave sitter or whatever else. I find myself smiling at these thoughts.
