There are no fake/spam ads... all advertisements are paid placements.  See the "advertising" link on the other side.

Oh wait... did you mean profiles on the other side?  What makes you think the forum moderators have anything to do with running the personals side of this site?

I do not know. I have never been admonished about my own profile. I guess that is because I have the best fake profile?

I hope the mods do nothing. I find the fake/spam ads to be quite entertaining. Although, I will admit that those who write them have seemed to get in a rut as the is almost a monotony with them all reading the same way. Writing a fake/spam ad is no easy task. It takes quite a bit of creativity to write a good one.

If there "appear" to be fake/spam ads then why worry about it? They are so obvious only someone really dumb and/or desperate would fall for them. Of course you wouldn't cause you've seen through them.

Okay, so maybe we should all be required to supply photocopies of our passports or identity cards, supply photos in hard copy with signatures on the back, and wait for up to two months until the content of our profiles are reviewed by the censors (or moderators) as I have witnessed in the Soviet Union.

Prefer that would you?

If we are really really bored we sometimes play the game of finding the profile with the lowest weight. Amazing how thin some of these women are!!!

Firstly, welcome to the boards. We are aware that there are certain profiles that might appeart to be doubtful. Report them. The features to do so are on the profiles.

Now you've started 3 threads about fakes and you've been here a whole day. Having issues are we? [sm=tantrum.gif]

I suggest you cool it, take a breather and enjoy the boards. You'll notice that the regulars here are really real and will be nice to you if you stop coming in here and taking a big poo all over their boards.[:'(]
