Do you find recieving enemas or douches more a pure punishment or an erotic foreplay to a more involved scene.  I am looking  to incorporate them into my slaves training and am looking for advice.  We currently enjoy golden showers and forced retention, so this seems to be the next step.  So little is written about douching, that I am seeking your input.  Is size/volume all that matters or does tempeture and additives add or subtract from the experince.  I know that cold enemas cause alot more cramping, but what about an ice water douche?   Please help.

Research groups have linked regular douches with an increased risk of vaginal irritation, pelvic inflammatory disease, bacterial infection, sexually transmitted diseases, low birth-weight babies, and ectopic pregnancy becase it wipes out the good bacteria.

Status: offline 		Second the opinon on douche.  The human body is much more capable of handling cleaning itself vaginally than any chemical, or even pure water.  There are medical concerns with enemas too--use it as a 'special occaision' procedure, and stick with sterile prepared over the counter solutions or do a good deal of research online before proceding.

Status: offline 		another vote on the douching.  you are looking for trouble and unbalancing her natural body chemistries.  infections, just all kinds of things once you start messing with douching and additives.  if you are not sure, have her ask her doctor.  she will receive the same advice.  don't douche unless advised to by a doctor.

my viewpoint on enemas ... punishment.  cant find anything erotic about that .... but to each their own.

Status: offline 		Douching isn't erotic, it's scary. It would screw up my body chemsitry -so- badly it isn't even fun to think about.

Enemas, I dunno. Never experienced it. Probably punishment for me. I have a friend for whom it's extreme pleasure though, so who knows.

Status: offline 		Enemas... for me, they can be both pleasureable or painful.  Keeping half a bag in while being stimulated and then releasing as you release is pretty awesome and heightens climax.  However if Master is feeling cruel... 30 minutes can seem like an eternity with 2 bags inside.  I would strongly make sure you use only luke warm water, nothing colder (cold/ice cold water can cause the person to go into shock or cartiac arrest) and you can always add lemon juice which can cause additional cramping.  The Master has benefits of when and where she's permitted to release... being told to release where he can see or hear can be quite humbling.  There are many aspects... whether it be for cleanliness, punishment or pleasure.

Status: offline 		Adds my vote to the anti-douching campaign.  Every OBGYN i have spoken to has said Noooooo to douching and then said once a month might be okay but no more...All have said the same thing - the body will clean itself. 

As for enemas, there is a thread on enemas in the Health & Safety section.  But pretty much the same idea applies.  Please do your homework before doing anything that might alter the natural processing elements of the human body.

Why does a showered man often still have smell in and around his cock and balls?
 
Human bodies are made up of chemicals, none in the same balance and none reacting the same way to heat, moisture, clothing and food. It is a reaction to those things, some of that can be controlled by diet, hydration, clothing, cleanliness--but it is nature--(not all cum smells good either)--given that, the medical profession did indeed come out several years ago and recommended against douching, for it does upset a critical chemical balance to prevent yeast infections, microbe developments, things that can eventually land in the uterus or ovaries---

Status: offline 		Most douches contain vinegar and/or other chemical elements which disrupt the internal chemical balance of a woman's body.  i can't really speak to your scent issues as i am well hygiened and my Master enjoys my scent...particularly when heated ;)  i think he'd be disappointed if i smelled "neutral."

Status: offline 		I also have heard the bad things about the douching and it is not a good idea not to do so unless instructed to do so by your doctor.  Enemas on the other hand if not overused are a good idea i have never had one used for punishment (i heard it is very very painful).  They are a good idea for being clean there though.

Status: offline 		I have to put my vote in for the no douching. All a woman needs to keep her genital area clean is while she is bathing to take care of it then. If a man thinks a woman smells funny, then she might not be cleaning herself well. I have been with a man that was clean as can be but as it got later in the day, his cock and balls began to have an odor that wasn't appealing. We, as humans, do have smells to our body parts. Just understand that and move on.

Enemas...not my cup of tea, but, then again, I have problems in that area. This would make for more problems for me. If it's something that is is your thing and/or your Doms..just read about the how to's and make sure you don't cause any problems. If this gets you off..go for it!

Status: offline 		Adds my vote to the anti-douche section.  They're terribly rough on the female body.  Within 2 days after a woman's period her body has cleaned itself.  No need to upset the chemical balance, as even plain water washes away good bacteria and the little bit of yeast that's natural.

Enemas, I use them as erotic forplay before I leave to go see my Dom, it turns me on knowing I'm preparing for him.  But if I had to release in front of him, or had to hold a large one, it'd definately fall under punishment.
