Now, some of my best friends are idiots, but i'm going to guess you lack their sense of humour. Criminals have rights. i do believe that may be an element of your Constitution. They may be a subtype of the general class of criminals, but then so is a shop lifter. No-one is actually a criminal until an actual trial has taken place and they are convicted. If you don't like this idea then you're clearly one of those America-haters, because innocent until proven guilty is a rather important phrase. So, in conclusion.......while i'm an America-skeptic, you are an America-hater. Because you clearly hate things that America stands for, like the right to a fair trial and such justice related stuff.
