This is a reply to the OP.

Funny how you mention that now after my discussion with my Mother the other day. She said "Yup, you got all the diseases you are supposed to get". We got measles, German measles, mumps, chicken pox and whatrever, pretty much on schedule as she put it. From the doc we got suggestions for ointments like calamine lotion and such, rather than a phone book full of prescriptions. The sawbones said "Just let it run it's course, it bulds their immune system:" which is something she already knew. We all knew it, she told us. We got about a week off school and I read alot, and learned of course.

And I brought up one I can't quite recall completely, if you get it as a kid you are immune to it, but if you get it as an adult it will sterilize you, something like that. She remembers, and so do I.

She used to punch me in the stomach at random, at first lightly, but progressively harder. In time, the energy spent on just being ready for that helped me shed that baby fat, and build a fairly good structure. Good enough that around 40 I was still having 200 lb guys stand on my chest as I smoked a cigaretter. That did come to an end when I got older and hurt because of it, but still today I could be worse off if it hadn't gone that way.

Today, you don't even want to know half of what they fucking do to us. Take your pills, be happy. Drown your filet mignon of life with cheapo ketchup from Pfizer. It's you'r call.

Termy you are so full of shit it is amazing.

By the 60's when you were a kid you were required to get innoculations against most of the childhood diseases before you could attend school. This includes measles, mumps, rubella, pertussis, polio and smallpox. The only childhood infection that you probably actually got was chicken pox as the vaccine for that is much newer.

 A great deal of the increase in numbers of documented autism cases is due to the widening of the category. What was once 'autism' is now Autism Spectrum Disorders and is an umbrella of numerous conditions with at times quite similar issues.  1 in 150 kids get identified. But that can be a variety of specific diagnoses. Autism isnt the same stereotype it was 20 years ago.  And its through the observing of day to day behavior that it most often can be found. Teachers and parents see the signs the soonest, then add in the doctors for the final opinion. 
We have a son with a form of autism, a brilliant little blessing.  He's had all of his vaccines up to date, except for any that are live active vaccines (MMR/Chickenpox) since he was 9.  He did get those before he was 9.  At 9 due to an autoimmune issue he cant have live shots now.
We dont blame vaccines at all. Diet maybe though.  Its all about education as others have said.  I get blistering pissed when some kid in his school shows with one of the vaccine viruses because ours has almost no immune system. So yes their choices affect the rest of the world. 
Its about time the article was denounced, but it will take a long time to undo the damage it caused.

I am living proof that fluoride is bad.

Well at least it is natural and organic.   This is not the case when the plastics corporation jumps inside of your body with you.  It breathing can never trump you breathing for you.  As it can not breath for you. It is not life.  Not at all.

Our son was Dx'd with an autism spectrum disorder in 2007. We do not blame vaccines in any way shape or form. We believe it is a combination of heredity and environment. I think it is a vocal minority that believe vaccines to be the cause. Our son is 10 years old and fully up to date on his vaccinations because the evidence heavily supports that vaccinating against childhood diseases is both beneficial and safe. He even received the H1N1 vaccine...we are such heathens.

That's mumps. It makes your glands swell up, including your prostate, which can be disastrous if you've already gone through puberty.

I trust you got the innoculations for polio and TB at least? Coming down with either of those won't just build up your immune system.

You want to explain how a 3 year old makes informed choices about the drug or treatment they need?

So if you had diabetes you'd refuse to take insulin, then? You'd disdain to take interferon if your liver was fucked up?

Thankfully I am blessed not to have diabetes right now.   I hope my good health prevails.

1.   take the treatment
2.  fluoride is rat poisoning and should not be in the water supply.  Many places no longer add it into the water.

Knowing what they put into water at treatment plants, i would consider flouride the least of my worries. And as long as i have been drinking flourinated water, i feel pretty damn good to have been poisoned for so long. [8|]
