Alfred Sloan created the modern model of a corporation in the 1920s. So the "100 years of precedent" couldn't be more than 80 years at most.
Are you stating that they gave an oath stating that they would not vote that a corporation has many of the rights of an individual despite that being the charter of a corporation in many ways?

I'm not an expert, but I've never heard of a justice being impeached. I believe that they can be recalled by popular vote or removed from office for major issues (e.g., taking bribes).
You have made an unsupported statement that they promised to not consider corporations to have an ability to act like people. Now you're calling them liars for not living up to your alleged promise?
You DO realize that Obama will not be in office forever, right? What happens when a Sarah Palin gets elected and decides to stack the court?
Conservatives have been trying to overturn Roe vs Wade for decades now. They've had no luck doing so judicially as yet. As I said, simmer down.
100 years of precedent is bs. The only significant prior case that was overturned was Austin, decided in 1990. Austin overturned law that was in existence since the first corporation was formed, so whining about stare decisis is also bs.
