Amen. It is a form of entertainment, and no one should really read all that much into what one says or does while on it, its just a means for people to express an opinion. No one says you have to agree or disagree, but gosh its funny when people let things they read on the internet from someone they do not know get to them. You have to be able to laugh this stuff off.

These forums are evidence enough as to how many people have been duped or disappointed by believing someone will deliver in r/l what they have said over the internet.

I have thought this for a while now….. every now and then I meet someone online I can feel I can trust to some degree. Most people I have encountered are just playing a game of some sort though. when you do put your trust in the wrong person (or persona online) its harder to trust people online that are genuine.

As for the older guys e-mailing the OP I think your are gonna get all kinds of people that are for some reason not compatible with you. Could be worse could have no one e-mailing you
