ORIGINAL: PeonForHer However, with meticulous planning and organisation, and close attention to detail (possibly involving the advice and assistance of a veterinarian or a professional animal welfare expert of some kind), I would imagine that it might just be possible to arrange a puppy in a basket with chocolates, for a brief and controlled period, without it actually eating any chocolates. But then what do you do with the puppy? Was it clear that she actually wanted a puppy? Who's going to take care of the puppy for the next 10-15 years or more? Who's going to walk it, groom it? I mean I love dogs, all animals really. I have a big loveable tom cat that's been hanging out with me for 13yrs+ (who btw has puppies as a hard limit). But an animal is a responsability. If a guy gave me a puppy without checking with me first, I think that would be the end of our relationship. I would see him as someone impulsive who doesn't think things through. - LA
