Sarah Palin criticizes Obama for using a TelePrompTer and instead writes crib notes on her hand. Which is worse? This just in.... Sarah Palin is not the President. Worse? Well although there may be some question about whether her audience was 'Smarter than a 5th Grader'; Obama did feel the need to use one when he was lecturing a critically minded class of actual 5th graders. Maybe she wrote down the correct pronunciation for 'corpsman' so she wouldn't make that mistake? How the mighty and confident have fallen! Has the President's image stumbled so low that daily comparisons to Sarah Palin are the straws grasped at by the faithful to stop them from loosing all hope and faith? O.k. so wait, Sarah Palin made a criticism about Obama, people called her out for doing something similar, and they are grasping at straws, for criticizing her? That's like if I tried to rob you, you punched me in the face, and then people started criticizing you for being violent. Grasping at straws? It seems to me that people are "Grasping at straws" when they pretend that this a relevant issue. Obama uses a teleprompter? OMG WHO CARES!?!? Maybe a certain other president might've benefited from a teleprompter during a press conference or two. Perhaps they could have written 'nuclear' phonetically. When I vote for a candidate, and I'm weighing the pros and cons, where exactly do you think "uses a teleprompter a lot" should rank on the list? Besides, he didn't use a teleprompter in his sit-down interview with partisan shill Bill O'Reilly. Or in his head-on debate with the GOP in Baltimore last week. What matters Are the ideas and feelings that he manages to get across, not the method. Hell, I don't give a damn if he delivers his speech through interpretive dance, as long as there or subtitles.
