My nipples are more sensitive than they ever were. What I read on Breform is that there may be some temporary loss of sensation, but so far, no one has experienced any permanent loss of sensation.

@luscious

If you're happy with what your tits look like, then of course, changing them would be out of the question. I was not happy with how mine looked. Guys love them, but I'm still not happy with how they look. I think they could definitely be improved upon. And when I finish school and obtain gainful employment, I'm definitely going to get that shit taken care of! Period, end of story. But that's just my preference for my body.

There is no such thing as minor surgery.  Any time that you go under the knife, there is the danger that you won't survive.  I worked in surgery & there are people who die because they want to be cosmetically perfect.  It's difficult for me to accept my large saggy tits, since until I was in my late 40's I had beautiful perky A-cup size & didn't need a bra.  But accept them I do.  I also don't care whether guys like them or not.  I need to love all of me as my body ages & changes.

The great thing about bras and corsets... is that you get to take them off.
So, i'll stick with the external style.

What if the 1950's torpedo-boobs come back into fashion ? Or the 1920's pixie tits ?

I love bras and corsets, too. But I also want to look good with nothing on.
It isn't a fashion that I want for my body style, just timeless beauty. Bats lashes

As someone whose bra BROKE while I was on a train yesterday, I must say, I am intrigued.

SNAP!  "OWWW!"

"Mom, what happened? What was that noise and why did you say ow?"

"My underwire committed hari-kari... look it up."

At 32 my breasts are still growing in size.  Many females' do (and shrink, and change shape, etc) in their adulthood and during different hormonal stages of life... I worry that the mesh, being one size always, wouldn't be able to deal with, say, a growth or reduction of 1-2 cup sizes occurring naturally and that bulges, pinches and dents in the outlying skin would develop (as happens at times with implants or as seen against the clothing of a poor-fitting bra, but magnified by it being internal).

I can see the appeal and how it would work nicely for short term, but what about 2-10 years down the road?

If yours are anything like mine, anything less than a severely padded bra has a hard time covering them.  I have given up on covering them.

I was thinking if I had the money I might like this idea.. at 50+ my once perky tits are now pointed south. But.. then I thought of, years down the line being in a nursing home with my tits still sitting proudly on my chest.. catching all the drool after a nap without the dentures.
Not pretty..

I stand by the one piece of good advice my mother ever gave me:
Beauty knows NO pain!

Perky, upright tits are great at any age! Though, I hope to never be in a nursing home and I hope that I never have to wear dentures. I would rather die before having to live like that.

Then I truly hope your family does not have the longevity that mine has. My aunt just entered a nursing home, at age 99.

My grandma on my dad's side died at age 92, my grandmother just passed away, she was in her 90s. However, my mom's dad died at about 40something of lung cancer. My own dad just passed away a couple years ago at age 65 of the same thing. We're all over the charts. But, my grandmothers were both pretty active up until the days they died. I'm not scared.

Whew, I dunno.  That mess stuff's falling out of favor when used to help pelvic floor problems; it was causing a lot of infections.  How would that stuff react when you're getting your gazongas smashed flat as a pancake for a mammogram?

I've been thinking of an uplift myself.  I lost weight and hoped my tits would perk up a bit, but as a doc said "the 2 enemies of breasts are gravity and age"!!
