Where is a good place to get electrical play toys, like contact shockers? At a munch, I remember coming across this old quack hair stimulator device that mildly shocked. It was so cool! Where to get stuff like that?

Ideally, I am supposed to hunt prodding devices, like wands, that have adjustable settings.

The "Bands" are generally placed around the penis and or scrotal sack for electric stimulation. You need to have a power unit however some of the Electro Stim products can use a medical tens units which provides the adjustable settings. I have a violet wand in the group but that is all I have for prodding devices at this time. Please feel free to contact me about other products I carry if you have any questions?
