You didn't mention how long you have been experiencing some difficulty or what, exactly, the difficulty is. If you are a bit "sore" from anal play, psychologically, you might subconsciously be preventing yourself from having a bowel movement. I'm a big time anal lover and there have been times that there was a liitle "avoidance." One thing NOT to do is push the issue (pardon the pun). If you are feeling really "backed up" (sorry to be a little gross), as others have suggested, a stool softener or some prune juice can help things get moving. Another thing that helps get things moving is...well....moving. Some extra exercise can help. If you are a daily "mover," in the future you might want to consider an enema when you know you are going to be engaging in anal play, it can kind of give you a "start from scratch" kind of thing. For the time being, you might want to ease up on the anal and build up to bigger toys, harder thrusting while your body adjusts. I've engaged in anal pretty much as long as I have been having sex (more than 20 years) and only when the play involves large toys or is a bit rough will there be some problems after. If you are really feeling like you are super constipated, take a laxative. As long as it isn't a habit, it will solve your immediate issue and not cause future problems.
