You've got to be joking! I can only start imagining what could happen... crushed larynx, broken neck, suffocation...
Sounds highly unsafe and dubious to me, but then again I am all for safety.

Status: offline 		As a professional dominatrix I do cater for trampling and have done all sorts but I would not recommended throat trampling as it can be fatal.

Status: offline 		If you are looking for breath play, there are safer ways to do it rather than having someone stand, full weight, on your throat. If you're looking for the sensation of a foot on your throat, be sure that he/she is putting her weight on the other foot (and that he/she is well balanced) and just resting the first foot on your throat. If he/she puts full weight on your throut, it WILL, almost definately, crush all those little bits, including collapsing your windpipe and larynx. I wouldn't recommend wearing stilletoes, either. There are too many delicate things, such as the jugular and the spinal cord, that could be punctured is he/she slips.

It only takes 11 lbs of pressure on your throat to kill a person, so I would say to be safe, make sure all the women you do this in future with only weigh 10 lbs or less and you should be fine.

Okay, prefacing this as not the safest thing we do, my sub goes into instant subspace when my boot touches his neck. Most often while I am seated on the couch, he's my naked throw rug, with my one foot on his bottom, the other with my heel on the ground and the sole resting against his neck.

Note: this is not "throatstanding" , and there is definitely nothing even close to ten pounds of pressure...and it is still risky.

There have been several times where I have placed the ball of My foot on a boy's neck as he is prostrate on the ground, with his head turned to the side. This is symbolic to Me. I do not step on the boy's neck, or put any real pressure on it. I think the practice of "throatstanding" must be a practice that is attractive in fantasy, and not applicable in real life. I've never even heard of "throatstanding", but this could be the result of the victims no longer being able to speak! *smiles*
