For a poly family there needs to be mutual love between all three (or more) of you, and you can't do that by just finding someone at random who's willing to play around in bed and surprising your Master with her. What if they don't get along? What if they get along really well and you and she end up hating each other? You need to find someone compatible with you both, and you'll never be able to do that as a surprise or on short notice. Take some time to get to know different people in general context first; you don't need to be looking for someone who advertises herself as a sub. If you truly want a sister slave, not just a casual playmate, you'll need to take a lot of time and your Master has to be involved. Good luck.

That is even more "PRECIOUS!. Now with all the Female subs here, most of them wouldn't be caught dead in a Tutu or any type of Fem clothing. So how about, a Mistress or Master doing just that to them, when they have to be punished for something? It would mean more of a Punishment to them, than Force Crossdressing a Male sub.
