FR Thumb cuffs are small and effective for restraint, and not as noticable as handcuffs. Remote controlled vibrating egg. Metal claws. A nice red or pink ribbon to tie around the balls....how tight is up to you.

thanks for all the ideas. so far in mine i have a mini vibe, vibrating toothbrushes, shoe laces, nipple clamps, and a tens unit.
