I have a question for the Mistress and Dommes out there. For those of you that have slaves that has normal everyday jobs. What do you have them wear unders their clothes? Another question is how do you like your slaves to dress when they are allowed to wear something?

To the OP - I don't mess with someone's job. Work is work, play is play.

As for when he is with me, when they take me out, a sports jacket, nice jeans, crisp shirt... or if the situation requires, a tailored italian suit.

At home, if it's a play day, no clothes, except for when eating when he gets a robe. If it's a normal getting things done day, then he can dress how he likes. Except for white tube socks - those are a hard limit!!

My boy always has on his slave collar even under his suits and of course his wedding ring :) .... but externally no one would ever know he's owned. (he is also tattoo'd)

If you're looking for the stereotypical 'all slaves should wear pink panties to work', I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. Though I will admit that I do have a habit of purchasing My boy the underwear that I want to see him in. LOL.

I don't dictate what My boy wears to work. That bit of mundane chore has been taken care of for Me by Mistress Military in most cases. In his civilian life, he is a nurse and tends to wear what his job requires.

When home, the boy is usually casual. Since he was dressing himself for 40 years before I came along, I tend to think he knows how to do it.

ETA, Kaiel's post reminded Me of an oversight. Yes, the boy wears his collar. At work, it is a silver chain with a lock. At home, it is the formal leather collar. Thank you, Kaiel.

Hmmm.. don't have a slave.. but rather a boy -- big difference though I'm not sure if it matters for your questions...

she's my boy, partially because she dresses so well -- it was a huge attraction for me... so I rarely dictate. If we're going to a play party or an event.. I might ask for some choices.. or she might ask if there is anything special I want her to wear... if we are away for the weekend, I might ask her to bring or wear something.

My Chael works a job where there is a very strict uniform, so he wears that.

As for off-work, casual but cleanly is my preference for most days.

For once...

JUST ONCE...

It would be nice to meet a man who knows how to dress himself properly, and doesn't need me mothering him and picking out clothes and telling him 'You can't wear red knit type shorts with a blue tshirt.'

Is it bad that I get tired of being the only one with any fashion common sense?

Nope... see my response above... it was one of the huge bonuses of my relationship... I don't need to dress her for ANY situation.. no matter what it is.. she always dresses well.. previous relationship I was often embarrassed and accused of trying to change someone when I tried to suggest something... I wasn't in the position to dictate however...

Come to Montreal, specifically central Montreal. You would just die to see how well the men dress here in general ;-) I've never had this issue before with any man I've met here.

Well, I didn't order it, but Slave woke up late for his construction job one day and simply threw his work clothes on over the stockings, garter, and panties he had fallen asleep in the night before only to discover his jeans had a hole he could see the stockings through. Fortunately, it was small enough no one else noticed or if they did they just thought it was a shadow.
