An LA City councilman, Dennis Zine, is porposing to alter the way fines are calculated. It has not come up for a vote yet. Y'know, between the "special spray" that prvents you from getting a speeding ticket, and the "slave transport" bidness, I should be getting rich somehow. So many rubes, so little of their disability checks coming my way...Damn.

Look, if everything he posts were even remotely true, he would have been made to disappear. As it stands, I have met people in a psych ward with a better grasp of reality.
